Born from a love of warmth and craftsmanship

Wick Wonder began in September 2024, sparked by a deep appreciation for the ritual of candlelight and a desire to create something truly handmade. Every candle starts with a vision — a fragrance, a feeling, a moment we want to capture — and ends as a small work of art.

We use only 100% natural soy wax, chosen because it burns cleaner, lasts longer, and comes from a renewable source. No mass production. No shortcuts. Just small batches made with intention, poured one at a time in Pacifica, California.

Because every Wick Wonder product is handcrafted individually, colors may vary slightly from the photos shown. This is part of what makes each piece unique and one of a kind.

Custom and personalized orders require 5–7 business days to prepare. Please plan ahead for events and special occasions.

Payment Methods

We accept Venmo and Cash. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after placing your order, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If full payment was made and you cancel, 50% will be refunded. In case of return due to personal preference, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and the deposit is non-refundable.

If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it with an identical product at no additional cost. Your satisfaction and trust are our priority.

Event Favor Minimums

Return & Refund Policy

At Wick Wonder, each candle is handcrafted with care. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, and finish are normal and make each piece unique.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

📦Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your request, please include: your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the shipping box and packaging. Once your claim has been reviewed, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

📍Shipping Address Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of a new shipment.

🚫Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

🎨Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.

For health and safety reasons, used candles or products that have been burned cannot be returned.
